Thank you for your interest in the Toyo Tires Trailpass. If approved, your company will receive a complimentary vendor booth space for our event. Please fill out the following form to register.

Vendor Registration will close on Friday, September 4, 2026

Vendor applications are subject to review and approval. Space is limited, and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion to ensure the best experience for attendees and participating brands.

In addition, we require a certificate of insurance with the following named as additionally insured:

AS A VENDOR, YOU MUST ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING:

  • All display vehicles and booth equipment must fit within the given booth space.

  • Vendors and display vehicles are not allowed to leave prior to the end of the event.

  • No revving is allowed at any time.

  • No moving vehicles are allowed while the event is open to the public (Saturday, September 12: 10 AM – 6 PM). Please advise us if you do plan on leaving Saturday night. We ask that you stay until at least the start of the raffle.

  • No competing tire branded banners, tents or signage in booth space.

  • Vendors and display vehicles arriving outside of vendor setup times will not be allowed to roll-in/setup. Must be in vendor space by 9 AM on Saturday.

  • Vendors that are not able to make the event for any reason must notify us as soon as possible.

  • Vendor Set-up begins Friday from Noon-8 PM, and will continue 8-9 AM Saturday.

  • Noise ordinance in effect both evenings at 10 PM.

  • Electricity may be available, but not guaranteed.

  • Cell service will be spotty. Verizon has the best reception.

  • Camping is allowed on both Friday and Saturday evening.

  • If you plan on participating in the raffle, we may ask you to bring the item(s) to the venue to save on shipping.

  • Each vendor will receive additional raffle tickets to distribute to the attendees. We encourage you to have some fun and let the attendees “earn” the tickets. For example if you’re hosting a clinic feel free to give everyone that participates or attends an extra ticket.

  • The event will conclude on Sunday, September 13 at 12 PM.
