To avoid conflicts with Sponsors and other booths, TOYO TIRES TRAILPASS must approve the above information. Should your booth conflict / contain items that TOYO TIRES TRAILPASS deems inappropriate, TOYO TIRES TRAILPASS will notify you immediately. TOYO TIRES TRAILPASS reserves the right to have items not listed above but in your booth removed from the show at its discretion. Due to a high volume of requests, you are not guaranteed a booth space and will receive a confirmation if your application has been approved. Terms of Service: By registering for Toyo Tires Trailpass, all participants are agreeing to the release of liability electronically. Media use: Drones are not allowed, and participant agrees that all content of all classes/programs is copyright to the presenter and may not be used for generating revenue without the owner’s explicit permission in writing (photographs are allowed). Toyo Tires Trailpass organizers and the Venue maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the illegal or illicit drug use at the Venue or otherwise during the event. In exchange for additional consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged by You and the organizers, You correspondingly agree to defend, covenant not to sue, indemnify, save and hold harmless and forever release, Indemnitees for any losses, whether personal injury or property damage, resulting from or relating to Your illicit drug use, Your use of weapons, Your use of alcohol or anything in violation of these terms and conditions. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES.
The following items and activities are strictly prohibited at the event: unauthorized vendors; fireworks; illegal conduct of any kind; conduct that unreasonably interferes with the enjoyment of the event by others or poses a threat to public safety, as determined in the sole discretion of the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to remove you from the Venue at any time if You engage in any prohibited activities. BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the program, related events, and activities of Toyo Tires Trailpass 2021, I the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist and, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately and, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Toyo Tires U.S.A. Corp., John Pangilinan, Inc., and the Holcomb Valley Ranch and its Board, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (RELEASEES), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY PROCEEDING WITH THIS PURCHASE, AND CHECK IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF PARTICIPANT/S OF MINOR AGE (UNDER AGE 18 AT TIME OF REGISTRATION) This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this/these participant/s, do consent and agree to their release as provided above of all the Releasees, and, for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability incidents to my minor children's involvement or participation in any programs (minors are not permitted in any class involving operation of motor vehicle/cycle) as provided above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Media Release At Toyo Tires Trailpass, photography, audio, and video recordings may occur, either by media for professional purposes, by Toyo Tires Trailpass staff/contractors for promotional purposes, or by attendees for recreational sharing on social media. Your entry to Toyo Tires Trailpass constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media in perpetuity, of your appearance and voice for any purpose in connection with your presence at Toyo Tires Trailpass. By agreeing below, you have read and agree to the TOYO TIRES TRAILPASS “Display Reservation Terms” and authorize TOYO TIRES TRAILPASS to reserve your booth space.

Full COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results will be required to attend Toyo Tires Trailpass 2021 (the “Event”). For attendees who are not fully vaccinated, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours (3 days) of attending the Event (i.e., on or after September 30, 2021). COVID-19 Warning COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the Event will not be exposed to COVID-19. Attendee Promise & Health Acknowledgement All attendees agree to follow Event policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the Event. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the Event. By entering the Event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html.
